So how do you prepare though?
After a bit of past experience and some further reading we started two night ago by putting our clocks forward an hour a day.Going to bed later each night and sleeping in, trying to get our body clocks to start moving forward. Will it work hmmm we will see.
Interesting the articles I've read suggest this is a good idea but to also move meals. So I hope it helps.
